SPR# BSPR5E9TAW - On the Win32 platform, we can not assume that NSD (for example, during auto launch by fault recovery), is located in the binary location where the executable was launched. This was OK for Domino applications, but it does not work OK for an API which was launched out of a different subdirectory. The fix for this SPR forces NSD to launch out of the Domino binary directory.
